MAPOi

MAPOi is a project about transforming a long-used house into a true home while preserving its emotional history. Rather than erasing the past, the intervention allows it to evolve, maintaining continuity between past, present, and future. The design balances beauty and function, aiming to reveal rather than impose, and to enhance everyday life without losing emotional depth.

Materiality becomes the main tool for transformation, with textures, colors, and finishes chosen for both their aesthetic and evocative qualities. The language combines contemporary lines with artisanal elements, creating a dialogue between precision and imperfection, memory and possibility. Ultimately, MAPOi is about shaping space through both design and affection, emphasizing the emotional connection between people and the places they inhabit.
